Dietary flexibility - this recipe can be gluten free, vegan, vegetarian

• Meatless marinara sauce
• Box of angel hair or spaghetti noodles or any gluten free noodles
Lady Jane Hemp Hearts
• Cracked Pepper
• Fresh Parmesan Cheese (omit for vegan or dairy free)

  1. Cook the noodles, drain them and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, pour the meatless marinara sauce in a medium sauce pan and let it simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
  3. Place noodles on individual plates
  4. Cover with desired marinara sauce
  5. Top off with 3 tablespoons of Lady Jane Hemp Hearts, cracked pepper and Parmesan Cheese
  6. Eat up!
