Hemp Heart Banana Bites alongside Lady Jane Hemp Hearts

GF, vegan - our grandson LOVES these!

 • 1 banana cut into 1” bites size slices
 • ¼ cup peanut butter
 • ½ cup Lady Jane Hemp Hearts


  1. Slice bananas into 1/2 to 1” bite side pieces and place on plate
  2. Spread peanut butter onto each banana slice
  3. Place Hemp Heart in a small shallow bowl or plate
  4. Roll the banana slices that are covered with peanut butter in Lady Jane Hemp Hearts and return each to the plate
  5. Place the plate of covered banana slices into the freeze for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Eat immediately, or serve chilled, or enjoy slightly frozen

 Tooth picks optional.
