Janie’s No-Bake Toasted Chocolate Crunch

• 1 ½ cup Cane Sugar
• ½ cup Coconut Oil or non-dairy Butter substitute
• ½ cup Organic Coconut Milk Beverage
• ½ cup Dark Cocoa Powder (Cacao)*
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3 cups Lady Jane Toasted Hemp Seeds w/ Sea Salt
• 1 cup Rolled Oats
1. Combine the cane sugar, butter coconut milk and cocoa powder in a 3-quart sauce pan. Bring to boil over low heat and boil for 4 – 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
2. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla, toasted hemp seeds and rolled oats.
3. Use a tablespoon to scoop spoonful of the mixture onto waxed paper.
Let the cookies cool and then enjoy!

*cacao has many nutritional benefits verses cocoa, when using cacao, it’s best to not mix with any dairy products as the nutrition is compromised.
